Dominique

Dominique is our licensed massage therapist and works as the back office CA. She has been with Walter Bowman Chiropractic since March 2022, she brings over 12 years of experience in the chiropractic. She moved from Florida and enjoys making the valley her new home! In her free time you might see her walking the greenway, or hiking with her family (which does include dogs)!

Joni

With over 20 years of customer service experience, Joni has become a skilled and empathetic professional, well-versed in the ins and outs of both healthcare and insurance. She has years of experience from both the insurance world and front-line healthcare settings, excelling as both a chiropractic assistant and billing specialist.

Away from the office, Joni is a dedicated wife and mother. She and her husband James share their lives with their three children, Ashlie, Jacob, and Brianna along with their two dogs Bentley and Lilly. Together, they make time to stay involved in their local church, where she actively participates in the children’s ministry and greeters’ program.

In her downtime, Joni enjoys cheering on the Railyard Dawgs, indulging in history documentaries, or rewatching classic movies and TV shows. For Joni, family, faith, and fun are the perfect balance to an already fulfilling career.

Ashlie

With a strong background in customer service and a heart for helping others, Ashlie brings warmth, efficiency, and genuine care to her role as a Chiropractic Assistant. With over eight years of experience in people-focused roles and now as the owner of a small photography business, she’s no stranger to making others feel seen, heard, and cared for. She’s passionate about capturing real-life moments through her lens, from candid smiles to life’s biggest milestones.

Outside of work, Ashlie is just as dedicated. She’s deeply involved in her church community, working with the youth group on Thursday nights and caring for little ones in the nursery on Sundays. She’s also a proud Jeep owner (ask her about it—she’ll light up!) and a huge hockey fan, cheering on the Roanoke Railyard Dawgs and the Tampa Bay Lightning whenever she gets the chance.

Whether she’s helping patients feel at ease, volunteering her time, or adventuring behind the wheel of her Jeep, Ashlie brings her faith, kindness, and care to everything she does. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a familiar face, she’s always ready to greet you with a warm smile and make your visit as comfortable and positive as possible.
